Can you please tell me which books you used?

Does the Head First Servlets and JSP - Passing the Web Component Developer Exam, and the Head First EJB - passing the Business Component Developer exam come with a CD?

I used the SCJP 5.0 by K&B and the CD and the CD software (master exam) really helped a lot it was very easy to use you know. I initially liked to read using books now-a-days I kinda prefer reading through a e-book or a cd book?. Thats why I am asking.

Hi Ramkumar,

There is no e-books avail for Head First EJB , Head First Servlets and JSP.(no CD)

Manning ebooks are available.

For both exams I prepared both the books(Maning ebook and HF) at least the chapter end questions, If you ask which one is good..Its difficult, Manning also good, we need to choose which one is good book according to our mindset, In Manning there is no funny clips.

In case of SCBCD I dont have much experience(only selfprep).I feel challenging when I was reading Entity Beans. And I prepared for 4+1 months.

And, and EJBPlus(Enthuware) gave me good support.
Javaranch is my green field.

Last moment "Marco Tedone" remainder.txt was really helpful. (get it from )

Next my goal is to explore on XML , WebServices and EJB 3.0...
Running with technology is my hobby

Thank You All....

Hi Raghunath

Thanks for your response. I asked because the CD version of SCJP 5.0 was very easy to read no carrying around a 800 page book you know. When I bought the SCJP 5.0 I didn't know there was a CD in it. I used to like to read from the book, but once I opened the CD and started reading it, it was very comfortable to do so.

The reason I asked whether HF servlets and HFBCD have CD or not is because I liked the flow of K&B writing and the funny quotes and hence I was wondering whether the CD was there CD edition would be great though!.
