I cleared SCJP 6 on Aug 6. Thanks to Sierra and Bates for such a wonderful book.It took me 3 months to preapre for this exam . I know 3 months is pretty long time to clear this exam. The reason is.....From May,2008 onwards I started with basics of Java .I dont have any professional experience in Java. I just wanted to change my platform to Java.
I read SCJP 5 by Sierra and Bates two times and tried whizlabs.
I tried to solve as many mock exams as i could available on javaranch.Thanks to all of you.
210 minutes is more than enough time to solve the questions and revise them. There was only one question from recently intoduced topic Console
and 4-5 questions from Navigalbe Set and Navigable Map.
