Tuesday 30/9/2008 Today I cleared my Second java Certificate SCBCD.

Thanks to all the javaRanchers their feedbacks are the prime source of guidence.

So, just like others I want to share my experience thats,
There is no requirement that you should be well exposed to ejb or jsp stuff before appearing in this exam.
No requirement to remember all clusmy xml notation parallel to annotations.
Regarding preparation I started with ejb3 in action that's a relly nice book to start of but the only problem with it is that it lacks in minute details that are asked in the exam.Enterprise Java Beans3 Oreilly was a better one but that book is not meant for staters it requires good understanding of web Applications.
So, I suggest go with ejb 3 in action then move towards SUN specs they are the best and the most concise source for accurate study.
Chapters like persistence , Transaction, ejb-jar packaging, persistence.xml packaging ,Roles are best to be read from there .
Regarding Mock tests I went for Wizzlab Suite. [ SUGGESTION FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY DELETED ]

Thanks once again to all JavaRanch members.

Gurdershan Singh Bagga, we do not allow offering of, requests for or endorsement of illegal activities on JavaRanch. Do not suggest such things here.

I have no intention of spreading piracy. If any of my wordings gave a sense of supporting piracy. My apologies for that.
