One more I doubt.

43. Default Layout Managers are concerned ? 
  A) Frame's default Layout Manager is Border 
  B) Applet's is FlowLayout 
  C) Panel's is FlowLayout 
  D) A Dialog is a pop up window and used as BorderLayout as default. 

They gave A,B, and C as the correct answer, but isn't D correct also. Dialog does use BorderLayout as default and it is a pop-up window (modal).

You are correct, they are wrong. BorderLayout is the default.
Hierarchy is: Window --> Frame
--> Dialog
