Hi,
38. What line of code would begin execution of a thread named myThread?
40. What class defines the wait() method?

I answered the above questions as myThread.start()
and java.lang.Object. But i got both of them wrong. I am not able to verify all the explanations for the MindQ questions.
Any clarifications?

looks like the test is wrong to me. your answers are correct.

I never took notes in college. That's how I got a 4.0 the first 2 years, and a 3.5 the second two years.

Hi Shree,
Think both of your answers are correct and MindQ is in error.
I'm going to transfer this to the Mock Exam Errata forum

for queston 40 i said Object and got it right. certainly java.lang.Object is also correct. for 38 it seems he expected a semicolon at the end.
