Answer A,B,C
I think if there is any correct answer, only can be A. Since questin ask "can replace in the place of xxx legally", B and C can NOT placed without A because A is checked one and B,C are optional to place there. Am I right?

I think the question is worded poorly but answer D should give you the idea that there is a combining of answers going on here. Otherwise A and D are the same answer.
