One of my friends - another rancher - is on her crossroad. She is just indecisive on which of the following approach to take:
1. UML (IBM 486), and then XML
2. SCEA Part I, II, and III and then XML
Your suggestions? Or propose another approach. (She is already a SCJP and SCWCD) Thanks.

Doug,
I suggest UML and XML. Unless she has an Java/J2EE architect role to play.

The way I plan to scale the peak is to do
IBM's UML Test first, go onto do do
the enterprise test and then Test 486. After
that XML would be a choice before I harp on
SCEA I, II and III
