I know some folks here have taken IBM 489. Can anyone help with the following? 1. Is there a book/tutorial targeted at Websphere 489 certification? 2. If not, is there a book/tutorial targeted at websphere administration? 3. If no books are available, what is the best self-study approach for taking 489 ? Thanks
This probably ought to be an FAQ at some point. In all seriousness, I don't know that IBM really has out any books that make for a good tutorial. I did find their Redbook on 4.0 a little bit helpful while preparing for this exam, but the greatest teacher was installing and "playing" with the application for a while (in my case, for a few weekends, as we were using 3.5 in the office). Experience really is the best preparation for the 489 exam. But, seriously, pull down the Redbook from IBM's site and read it through - it was a fairly good study reference.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
