Hi guys: I passed IBM OOAD 486 on July 17th 2003. I have been waiting for the issue of certificate from IBM. I have contacted them twice through certify@us.ibm.com. But I haven't gotten any reply from them. It's too disturbing that IBM takes a lot of time for issuing or even replying to emails. There is no certificate issued on completion of the OOAD-UML 486 exam alone. It is a component exam in other role-based certification tracks (for e.g. IBM Certified Enterprise Developer). You are issued a certificate only upon completion of all exams in the track.
