For those of you who took the time to post contructive criticism and responses to the topic formerly known as 'whizlabs troubles': thank you.
For those of you who bitched and moaned using obviously false names, used silly forms of derision and some not-so-silly ones, guess what: we don't want your comments here. If your intent to participate is limited to this kind of commentary, we don't want you here either.
Speaking as someone who doesn't know or use WhizLabs products; has no idea what relationship there is (if any) between WhizLabs and JavaRanch's owner Paul Wheaton; and doesn't care about anything but promoting Java in a friendly, spirited place, all I can say is, take it outside. If you want to crap on someone else's hard work for the fun of seeing your stuff in print, go find a site that tolerates that behavior. This one isn't it.
I've tossed this thread in the Trash Can even under the 'ol fruits-of-a-poisonous-tree argument. Next time we have pseudonyms posting trash talk about someone else or their work in a technical forum, I'll simply delete you and lock your IP. If you've got something negative to say, it better have substance to justify it.
