Hello All,
If we clear the IBM 484 exam, will i receive the JCert certificate or will IBM send me a hard copy of a certificate with IBM Logo ?

You don't get a certificate. You have to pass 486, 287 and SCJP as well as 484 in order to get a certificate (IBM Certified Enterprise Developer for Websphere v5.0).
SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD, SCEA (part 1), IBM-484

Sides, jCert went away, unfortunately. So no certificate with their logo on it, even if 484 earned one a certificate.
