BEA weblogic 8.1 certification Portal developer

Hi,

I am planning to take weblogic 8.1 certified Portal developer.
I have already browsed weblogic website and couldn't find any mock exams .
My clarifications are
1.are there any mock exams available?
2.Is there any book suggested as a part of preparation for this exam?
3.Anyone who has cleared this exam can help me on this?
4.Are there any site or curriculum who train on this.
5.online material to study other than e-docs.bea

As far as I know, the only mock exams are available at Whizlabs. They did not updated their product, and it was designed for WebLogic 7 (an already deprecated certification)

According JavaRanch and other forums the best books in this area are:

-BEA WebLogic Plataform 7 � Jatinder Prem et all � ISBN 0789727129 � It covers the old version but it will give all needed background to master WebLogic. It is the best source available

-Mastering BEA WebLogic Server � If you are looking for updated books, this is the best one available now. However it is not so good like the first one

You can find everything that you need online at BEA�s Dev2Dev. BEA shows for each certification objective the link where you can find all needed information

Parag was mentioning about the certification exam for BEA Weblogic Portal, not server ? Are you sure that the book you mentioned caters to the Portal certification exam as well ?
