Has any one taken this test (RUP Certification IBM test 639)..any pointer on the type of question and is this exam open Book ???

No Man ...no luck yet on the RUP exam questions...but i am sure that this is NOT a Open Book Exam.

It�s not easy to find resources for this exam on the Web. My best tip is to read the Booch and Jacobson books and have real experience on software process tailoring. The exam is not easy, but also it�s not that difficult.

The exam questions from www.aprocessgroup.com are excellent. I passed the RUP exam last week. The questions are nicely laid out and very helpful although They are kind of expensive( 200 Dollars). I also read the RUP books by Philip Krutchen
