Hi, I wish to take up the Exam for WAS 5.0 sysadmin i.e IBM test 340 But the problem is that there is too much to read and very less time . I have gone through all the previous topics about 340 , but nowhere has anyone mentioned what exactly to read , on which sections to give more stress et cetera Hence if anyone who previously took up the test could just throw light upon what sections to read etc it would be of great help to me. Thanks in advance

Hi Gautam, I hope it wont be so late for the suggestion... well...for IBM Test 340 the idea is to read these redbooks: sg246195.pdf, sg246198.pdf and sg246573.pdf. If you are short of time, the go for sg246195.pdf ....and if you are even shorter of time then read the following chapters from that redbook: 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,13,14,15...but of course it's on your risk, since these are the "at least" chapters to read. hope this could help. best regards!

I put sg246195 into Google and the first link it gave me was http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/Redbooks.nsf/RedbookAbstracts/sg246195.html Try the same process on the other two.
