I got a job recently on web sphere administration support.I want to write websphere administration exam.Is is worthful to me.any one can tell me the details of tht certification.I m very new to IBM technologies.

hi all
this is abhi. currently i am j2ee developer. i want to shift to admin side like websphere or weblogic administration. i am not able to decide whether to go for weblogic or websphere. can anyone guide me plzzzzzzzzz..
