I did OMG-Certified UML Professional Foundation using the UML2 User Guide and Mikalai Zaikin's incredible Magnet Mocker exams for IBM 486.
The Magnet Mocker was a huge help, as it helps to understand how these exams work, and what type of questions to expect.
