Is anyone taking this certification?
Does anyone know What material to refer and what all to study?

"TestTaker08", there aren't many rules that you need to worry about here on the Ranch, but one that we take very seriously regards the use of proper names. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.

In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.

Looking at IBM's site, it looks like they only offer a class as means for preparation.

Thanks for letting me know about the name rules. Yes IBM does offer one course for the certification.

I am still looking for materials, mocks tests that can be useful for the RUP certification.Please let me know if anyone else is preparing for the cert or have already taken it.
