IBM Test 633 , 634, 635

Hi All,

As IBM Test 486 is about to retire, I wanted to know if anyone in the group has thought if giving the following exam:

"IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Object Oriented Analysis and Design". This comprises of 3 exams:
1. 633
2. 634
3. 635

Please let me know if anyone has any pointers to these exams. Preparation material, etc. or tips ..

)

I asked my colleague that passed this exam they all pointed me the well know UML distilled book version 3.

I am also reading the UML distilled Edition 3.
I am preparing first for Test 633. I haveent received any additional leads. et me know if you have any further information. We can prepare together. Also, if anyone else is interested, join in.

I Have passed the 633 exam with score 89% it is all in the UML Distilled book if you studied it well do not hesitate to enter the exam..

Now is the problem what should I do for 634?
There are some common areas between the two but what about the different topics where could I find a good resource.

I am giving "IBM Certified Specialist for Rational OOAD�, As you told that UML Distilled 3/edition is better book for IBM 633, I searched for it but in Hyderabad market we are getting UML Distilled 2/edition.

So kindly let me know is UML Distilled 2/e will be ok or we should go with UML Distilled 3/e only.

It would be great help for me if any one can help me in this.

Hello Bharath,
UML 2nd edition will do good as the exam is based on UML 1.4 not UML 2..

re asking my question:
634-what should I do know?
I studied the Rational CDT courses stated in the exam resources (ibm site)
I need some mock exams or so!!!
