Passed OMG UML Fundamental Exam with 98.75%

Hi All,

I have passed OMG UML Fundamental Exam with 98.75% i.e. 79 out of 80 on 24-Jan-07

Prior to that, I have passed IBM OOAD with UML with 88% on Sept'05

What book is better between UML Bible or UML Toolkit?

Both of books are better. UML Toolkit is easy to learn and understand, where as UML Bible is in more depth.

There is a FAQ on OMG website, with a step by step explanation on how to register.
There's no voucher. It's an online registration process.
It's worth reading the complete FAQ.

I didn't find a simulator for the OCUP exams yet.

Hi All,

Today I have passed OMG UML (Intermediate) Exam with a score 68 out of 70. i.e. 97.14%.

Actually number no. questions was 77, instead of 70. 7 questions are unscored questions. Pass mark is 31.

Quick question,

Will it suffice just to read the UML v2 specification as mentioned for the OCUP fundamental exam and also Martin Fowler?
Or is it a must to go through UML Toolkit and UML Bible?
Lastly, any exam simulators for the exam?

Find out the sections related to the syllabus in UML v2 specification for the OCUP fundamental exam and also read UML Bible for better understanding.

No dump or simulator is available.

I am preparing for UM0-100 exam, I finished the one round of studying UML � Bible , UML fundamental and intermediate Guide, super specification.

Superspec has many diagrams, we need to remember all the diagrams for he exam , can you tell me what is the scope.

And which location you attended the UM0-100 exam, from the prometric canters list I called up NIIT and Aptech institutions but they are telling not conducting the OMG exams.

No. If you understand the fundamental part of the
UML fundamental and intermediate Guide, it will do.
