I don't think it will help anything.

It will not help much , but nothing wrong in putting those in the CV.
Personally, I don't put terribly much stock in the Brainbench certifications when it comes to hiring, but I don't see that it hurts you by mentioning them.

Not of great help but better than nothing (unless you have very low scores).

I was told they are worth a bit in US... but I tell you I have neither done it, nor have cross-checked it with anybody who is brainbench certified. As far as india is concerned, they are not much worth, still you can put them down as sticky one-liner in your resumes.
Given that the exam is not proctored by an outside party. I doubt that any hiring manager would consider them of any value. I have been working in the US for 15 years and have never seen any candidate with a brain bench certificate.

I disagree with a lot of you...
The BrainBench certs are very recognized in the industry.
One cool thing about them is that it tells you how you placed vs others who have taken the same exam. A friend of mine is on the 1% for ASP and C++.
In addition, companies like IBM do look for these...
Of course, focus for the Sun certifications instead of the BrainBench ones, but the cool thing about the BrainBench exams is that one has the opportunity to display how good he/she is in things like C++, embedded development, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
Hope that helps,
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
