Hi,
You can get all the details regarding certification on oracle site under education or certification category. Paper 1 is very simple and there is pdf file named "nita brozowaskii" which you can use for preparation and easily get 90-92 % marks. Second paper is somewhat tough. After passing both you will get the certificate.
