IBM certifications: Do they send a certificate package?

I just got access to the online certification tracker and noticed for IBM 664 there is not an option to get a printed certificate, only an eletronic version.
Anyone else experience this? Is this the norm with IBM/this cert?

Contributing to IBM's investment and commitment in the greening of IT, the IBM WebSphere, SOA and XML certification team is taking an environmentally-friendly approach to certification with our announcement today that the WebSphere, SOA and XML certificates will only be available in electronic form effective February 1, 2008.
Softcopy certificates can easily be stored and periodically printed at home, work or public printing facilities if and when needed.

IBM is lame for doing this. I want my IBM lapel that I'll never use! 
Since I'm helping GREEN the earth by not getting one sheet of paper (instead they use tons of electronic computing equipment that uses electricity to generate my softcopy), shouldn't we get a discount on the 3 aformentioned certificate series?

Hi,
Have you tried to login the member site and request the certificate from there?
And for my case, the member site is showing wrong certification information. So how to ask IBM to correct than. I think its not synch with prometric.com

You can contact them with this email address: certify@us.ibm.com
I also had wrong info on my cert, but they fixed and issued me another PDF.

not to mention the certificate's paper quality is usually better than the standard printer's paper because they are used by professional documentation and certificate printing factories and shops
