when will IBM post the answer???

I have read that IBM will eventually post the answers for the mock exam... where and when will they post those answers???

IBM website states that the questions and answers are not distributed(See quote below). But my guess would be once the close the free testing, they might put similar, if not the same, questions and answers for that at the Certification page as they have now with Test 140.
