Hi: I am new to town, which XML certificate is the most recognized in the market? IBM? if so, what is the difference between 141 and 140 (v1)? is it hard to pass the test? Thanks,
Thanks, YanNaing! I also found a page on XML within Javaranch, but there is just simply too much information for me. - I was wondering what is the concessus of the best book to prepare for the test? Thanks,

Hi Don, In fact I'm also preparing for that. You can check at what the one like us said and the the one whow already certified said upon a book on their view. Check here You can also check the review of others at Amazon If you decide to buy, from bookpool.com you can get 32% discont. I'm also thinking for that book. Get sample chapter before you go ahead.

Test 140 covered more about XML itself and very little about "related technologies". The new version Test 141 gives equal emphasis to both fundamental XML concepts as well as technologies that leverage on XML such as SOAP, WebServices, XML signature and encryption etc. I guess IBM will soon retire Test 140.
