But when open new file in xmlspy, it asks which file do you want to open....like .xsl or .xslt?
If I say .xsl file, it opens up a new window with this tags in default
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">
</xsl:stylesheet>
