How much is the XSL FO Part important?? Is XML Professional Chapter enough .or do we need some other resources?

I haven't read Professional XML myself but if the chapter goes through some XSL-FO elements (i.e. includes code snippets) then it should be enough.

Go thro the Tutorials on XSL-FO at IBM developer works.
http://www-136.ibm.com/developerworks/
You can do a serach at their web site. The tutorial there really helped me understand teh basics of XSL-FO and I am sure that it is more than sufficient for the certification
