Hi, Can someone let me know the difference between the IBM XML certification and Sun's Web Services Certification. Which one is more easier to prepare, assuming that you have the basic java knowledge (Like a Java Programmer Certification).

Thanks in advance!

For XML cert, you neeed to know xml entirely.

For Web Services, you need to know part of xml only.

XML Cert: needs: XML

Web Services Cert: needs: XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, XSLT, just to name a few

Jesus, Thanks for clarifying it. From the little knowledge that I have, I guess taking the IBM 142 exam will help in a lot of ways to go for Sun's Web Services exam later.
