Hi all,
I would like to take 5 minutes of your time in order to collect some information.
The goal is to have an idea of what is done with web services around the world. Is web services technology just a hype ?
Pleae don't be afread, there's nothing related to marketing here. It's just I'm curious about what others do
So if you want to have a break and answer these questions, be my guest.

    Hi Here is the input that I can give, right now I am working on a Production EAI between five different Systems using Apache Axis and WebMethods Glue.
    1 Why are you working with web services right now
    integrating four - five different production Systems for Internet / DSL service Provider
    2 Which Web Services stack are you using ?
    A - Axis
    D - Glue
    3 Which business domain the solution you are developing will be applied to ?
    A - Telecommunication
    4 Kind of solution
    A2A, an Integration (cheapest and effective), between the existing Customer care system, the Customer Database Management a new Billing System and the other inherent Legacy systems.

    Personally, I dont think that Web Services is a hype.It is here to stay.

    Well, this post has nothing to do with web service certifiation, but if Valentin thinks it is better here, I've got no problem with that.

    Sorry Jean-Louis, you're right.
    In my precipitation, I mistook your thread with another one from Evelyn Cartagena about the Blueprint survey whose aim was to narrow down the objectives for the new certification exam.
    Closing this thread and reopening the other one in the Web Services forum
