Hi
Does anyone know if we can still get a free voucher for the scdjws certification beta right now?

The beta period has been ended on 6 June 2004. There will not be beta exam anymore.
You can take the life exam, after it has been released offically at July or Aug.

what is the difference between a beta and the actual exam ?

Beta Exam:
1. Free of charge
2. Exam time is longer (for SCDJWS, it is 4.5 hours)
3. No. of questions is more (for SCDJWS, it is 174)
4. No result after the exam
5. Beta period is fixed
Actual Exam:
1. Costs USD $150
2. Exam time is shorter (usually less than or equal to 2 hours)
3. No. of questions is less (usually around 48-70)
4. The result will be notified immediately
If we pass, both exams will issue us a cert, a pin and a name card. The beta cert is same as the real cert.
