There were 174 questions in the exam...
How come the result is out of 69 questions...
My Result card says 59/69???

Beta result does not exactly shown in the report. After analysis, the score will be normalized to the total number of questions.

I thought that after analysis, they picked only 69 questions to use.

The live exam contains more than 69 questions. 
SUN picked only 69 questions to evalutate our score, but I am sure for this becos my friend and I took SCJP on the same day and same center, but each of us received some questions that the other one did not.
