Mz's sample quiz

Hi,

I went to MZ website and tried to access the sample questions(Quiz) section. It said please send an email requesting the Quiz content(with some bonus material etc..)

I have sent an email accordingly. But did'nt get any response.

Is there anything else that I have to do to get access to that Quiz.?
