Hi Dinesh,
I would re-start my preparations for the exam after 2 weeks.
I had started my preparations for the SCDJWS early October. And I had planned to appear for exam in mid of Novemeber. Due to some reasons, just after 2 weeks, i had to postepone my preparations.
Can you please advice me what would be good amount of time to clear this exam given the following conditions/informations 1) I have worked on WebServices for about 3 weeks using Axis. So, I know the basics of Webservices. 2) I can devote about 4 hours daily for exam. 3) I am not looking at a great score. But I want a comfortable pass.
Pls advice me about the time frame.
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Naveen

I am actively preparing for the exam.
Currently, I am going to RMH Books and Blue prints. Next steps are [1]Go thru other material which covers objectives not covered in the book. [2]Cover exam specific material from some of the sites mentioned in forum [3]Give mock exams. [4]schedule and give test.
Given that you have some basic understanding of Web Services and you can spend 4 hrs per day, In my opinion you will need atleast 15 days preparation to clear the exam comfortably.
You may want to start your preparation with the following. * RMH Book * MZ Study Guide

I also preparing, but it will take not less than 2 month to prepare for it. Each RMH book's page takes about 10 minutes to get totally clear and put needed parts down to the paper :S. But this is not so urgent actually, the plan is to pass the exam in the february.
Hi all, I have started preparing for the exam couple of days back. I have read many posts in this forum, all said like it will take min of 2months and maximum of 3 months to prepare from scracth and pass the exam in first attempt.I dont have any idea about the webservices.I started reading blueprints first.I have ordered RMH expecting to receive it in 2 days. Will be posting many questions in future.
Thanks praveena.
