Hi All,

This is the question who already took the exam and have good knowledge about the exam objectives. To what extend does the focus on the various soap implementations like apache axis, jax-rpc ri etc.

so you mean the focus will only be on JAX-RPC Specification by Sun but not the JAX-RPC RI(Reference Implementation) by Sun ?

In my opinion yes, focus is on "JAX-RPC Specification" and we don't have a reference of JAX-RPC RI in objective too.

when are you planning to give the certification ?..

Hi Nritya,

You have to focus on the specification, not the implementation.
The exam is a Sun exam, so it won't test your knowledge about Glue, .Net or Axis

You need to know the general idea on how SUN's APIs create SOAP messages, however, SUN focus more on the structure of SOAP messages.
