Does any winner receive license from Whizlabs.com ?
When will Whizlabs.com send us the license based on past experience ?
Just for information.

When I won the SCMAD simulator, I don't recall it taking too long. YOu might drop another email to JavaRanch and follow up, get them to poke the publisher for you.
