Just interested in knowing what's the difference between two Technology, what i know is as follows:-

JAX-RPC - JAVA API used for calling Remote method used when we use "rpc" as binding style

JAXM - Java Api used for creating XML documents through Java used when we use "document" as binding style.

Just wanted to know can we use JAXM for calling remote method, like we do in JAX-RPC...and any other difference between these two ?..

JAXM and JAX-RPC are kind of competing technologies
You can send SOAP messages with JAXM, just like you can do it with JAX-RPC.

Nevertheless, JAXM is not part of J2EE 1.4, so if this is important for you, just keep on working with JAX-RPC and SAAJ.
JAXM probably gonna die

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
