Nobody can have an opinion because it doesn't exist. It's supposed to be published in August 2007, however that is just the latest of many delayed dates (the first one was March 2005).

Very little coverage of the certification objectives; also gets into technologies that are irrelevant to the certification like ebXML and JAXM.
