Does Soap Message with Attachments / SwA fall within the scope of the exam?..

what should be covered from the Appendices of RMH?
Any pointers shall be helpful

Yes, it's SwA is one of the SCDJWS 1.4 objectives.

As for the appendix, I only read E, F, and G.

Appendix D: SOAP RPC/Encoded

is somewhat relevant. J2EE 1.4 Web Services have to be capable of the RPC/encoded (SOAP Encoding) messaging style. The emphasis of the exam however is on RPC/literal, Document/literal web services that adhere to the WS-I Basic 1.0a standard. To understand the WS-I Basic standard you have to know what isn't allowed (and why) and what doesn't work.

yea..dont want to miss out anything ..do we?

btw..i was reading the chapter on XML processing..in blueprints..and it was dry..dry..dry..and i had liked JAXR and UDDI chapters in RMH..

i wonder why no one cribbed about it yet..i read a lot of crib on JAXR and UDDI )
