Can anyone plese provide me a working test UDDI registry's URL?

You set up your own registry locally with Tomcat 5.0 for Java WSDP (or the Sun Java System Application Server PE 8.2) with the JWSDP 1.6 (or JWSDP 2.0). Managing and Monitoring Web Services in Project GlassFish describes how to do it.
