because i don't want to do like with scjp 1.5 ...after 1 month appeared 1.6 and scwcd 1.4... appear after short time a took the exam. Fortunatelly the scbcd 5.0 appeared before i had any intention to take this exam.
so .. this time... with scdjws...i want to take the exam with SOAP 1.2 not SOAP 1.1

No - back in August (2007) there was a rumor that a new version might be coming.
Upgraded SCDJWS Might Be Coming Soon

Six months later it still is just a rumor. Apparently demand for the SCDJWS was never great enough to justify any priority for an upgraded version (as opposed to the SCJP, SCWCD, and SCBCD).

Furthermore JAX-WS 2.0 (Java EE 5) was finalized before the WSDL 2.0 specification was complete. So WSDL 2.0 will not be covered in the update unless it is delayed for completion of the Java EE 6 specification (which has run into a few snags).

Once the upgraded exam becomes a reality (whenever that might be) there may be a lack of certification books for some time based on experience with the current SCDJWS. So you might as well start preparing on your own. Here is a guess at what the objectives may include:
What is going to change in current version of SCDJWS

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
