How about renaming "Web Services/SOAP" to "XMLRPC, SOAP and WebServices" to cover all three major XML based application protocols?

Actually, SOAP and XMLRPC already fall under the heading "Web Services", so the name of the forum is already redundant -- adding XML-RPC would just make it double redundant
