Can Anyone calrify ?

Problem
A developer has a requirement to create a JAX-RPC client for an existing WS-I BP 10.a Web Service in a heterogeneous environment. Which is the correct mapping approach?
Options
Select 1 correct option.

WSDL-to-Java should be the right answer since the environment is hetrogenous.
