Hey All

This is my first post in this forum.

I am novice to Webservices. I just gone through SCDJWS FAQ's. And I think I need RMH book first.

Guys can anybody help me to pull up my socks by giving some more information about the requirements(Books, S/w in my system, tutorials and any thing else which you feel to share...).

Thanks advance...

Many people swear by MZ's notes on the web services exam:

The http://faq.javaranch.com/java/ScdjwsLinks page points to a discussion on that.

Hi Shashidhar,

The book had Indian Edition available . So I think it should not cost you much in India.

After all roaming around in this forum for 3 days, I decided to start my preparation in the following way.

Materials:
1. RMH book. I don't have any prior experience using Webservices. So I choose this book to start.
2. MZ Notes
3. Blue Prints(if necessary, Only for few chapters).

S/w and Servers:
1. Sun Java System Application Server v8.2 with JWSDP v2.0.

Now what I don't understand is JWSDP v2.0.
I tried to download this from sun site, I got pdf file.

I stuck over here. Please guide/redirect me to move further...
