SOAP Namespaces

As far as I know the SOAP namespace is "". But in some places I've seen the SOAP namespaces differently. Has SOAP namespace changed depending on the SOAP version?

Variations of SOAP namespaces:

1. "xmlns:soap=""


Can anyone tell the difference, please?

In certification point of view it should be only "" dont confuse with any other
