Addressing Response Times

On Part II there are several response times listed:
person X needs a response time of 5 seconds, person Y needs a response time of 10 seconds, etc.
How does one address this in a UML diagram? Or will this simply be one of the considerations listed?
Any thoughts on how to address this?
