Hi all
Can I pass EJB Objects i.e Remote and Home Objects
across firewalls.

By default, no because only HTTP (port 80) HTTPS (443) or FTP (20-21) is allowed to go through FW.
RemoteObject (EJBObject & Home) uses IIOP (the CORBA protocol) to communicate with the EJB server. U could allow IIOP through FW and that's will work.

Hi
I think IIOP cant pass through FW.
tunneling is there for that purpose.
If i am wrong please correct me
