Hi,
I found that applets can use the following to connect to legacy.
- TCP sockets
- COM / DCOM
- CORBA
- JDBC
- Custom interfaces (JNI Java native interface)
Can anybody give a detail explanation of the connectivity and usage.
thanks,
Ramdhan YK

Answer could be screen scrapers.

Hi Simon,
Screen scrapers might be the methodology used.
But all the above said technologies helps applets to communicate with legacy(i read somewhere, but there were not illustrations). I am looking for illustrations, if possible
thanks,
Ramdhan YK
