Is there a timeframe for one to finish all 3 exams? If I take exam#1 in, say for example, January, is there a requirement for me to finish 2nd and 3rd exam BY a certain date?
Should I take exam 1, 2 and 3 in order, or can I take them in arbitrary order?

You must take part I first.Then, after you submit part II, you can take part III whitout waiting for the answer to part II.
There is no time limit to complete part II as long as the architect exam exists.
