This week's book giveaways are in the Refactoring and Agile forums. We're giving away four copies each of Re-engineering Legacy Software and Docker in Action and have the authors on-line! See this thread and this one for details.
I am a former Sun Java Center Java Architect, need I take the SCEA to land a job? Didnt find much employers need SCEA, what they focus is experience. Please give suggestions.

Yes. That's true....employers are looking for experienced people first. They are only interested by people who have hand experience , know some app server..... Certification is helpul to choose between 2 candidates who have the same experience skills. If you are job seeker....going through Certification is worth it....that will pay off when the job market will pick it up !!
