Home interface is using factory or abstract factory pattern for EJBObject? what pattern is using between Home interface and EJB beans?

That would be the Factory Pattern.
abstract factory is more towards a bunch of classes being created. It can also produce different Factory classes form that one factory.
For instance a Factory of OS GUI Objectd. You pass the OS String and it returns a factory of GUI Objects for that OS.
