When I take the mock tests, I generally am not able to answer the questions on Messaging/JMS correctly. I was wondering if I could get some relevant documents/web sites/tutorials that I could read to understand this area better and improve my score subsequently. Please help. Vibha.

Sorry I had a case of forum confusion. I thought I was in the WebLogic Forum and you were referring to the messaging performance in your application. As for the exam... The questions tend to be very superficial. The main thing to understand is JMS is asynchronous. You should also know the difference between a Queue and a Topic. As well as the difference between publish-subscribe and point-to-point messaging. Check out the Sun JMS Tutorial. It should be more than enough for the SCEA exam.
